Lucas Marincak lives in Kanata, Canada. He is a founding member of the band Urgon Gorgon (some of their works were released by DNA Collective) and currently plays saxophone and guitar for Slick Nick and the Bandits. Past projects include the black metal band Dendrolatry and the online gaming community Korax' Heritage, where he composed the MIDI soundtrack. He teaches music and English as a second language as a private tutor, and is working on a Masters degree in Classical Studies at the University of Ottawa.
